Lightning Add Forward Tom Pyatt

The Tampa Bay Lightning has signed center Tom Pyatt to a one year, two way contract. The former Montreal forward had two goals and seven points in 61 games for the Canadiens last season. The 24 year old, Ontario native will strengthen the Bolts organizational depth and most likely play for Norfolk at the AHL level, unless he gets a training camp invite and works his way into the departed Sean Bergenheim’s spot. Pyatt was a fourth round pick of the New York Rangers on the 2005 NHL entry draft.
