According to TSN’s Darren Dreger: Dave Nonis, Steve Yzerman and Doug Risebrough are on Lightning owner Jeffrey Vinik’s short list of General Manager candidates. It is known that the Red Wings have granted the Lightning permission to speak with Yzerman.
Sources also say Vinik’s CEO search has been narrowed to Seattle Seahawks CEO Tod Leiweke.
