Pretty good, but I don't believe for a second that if Selig does this financing will become completely unavailable. No doubt it will be harder to come by, but lenders will still lend. Think of it like a person who goes into bankruptcy, they should have no credit or any leg to stand on, but these people are still able to finance cars and get credit cards. Selig's decision, in effect, might have the same effect that a bankruptcy does in that it eliminates the credit that potential buyers would have in seeking financing. Just like a person who gets a credit card after a bankruptcy, the potential new owners will likely be subject to higher interest rates, strictly enforced acceleration clauses, etc. but the financing will still be available. It will also come back once lenders see that Selig isn't doing this all the time. On the other hand, it is true that the worst case scenario is that there won't be financing anymore, but if all that alarmism is true, why haven't the lenders that are likely backing the Greenberg/Ryan pulled out citing the same fears? Financing will go on, but it will just be a little different that it was until the lenders forget that this ever happened a few years from now.
