In my opinion, despite the fact that Jose is in the final year of his contract, it will be a Theodore heavy first half for Boudreau. Considering what Jose has recently been through and the fact that as ready as Varly and Neuvo are, the Caps will be best served by putting a driven and motivated veteran in between the pipes before they hand the keys to kingdom over to the young guns. Neuvrith is 3rd on the depth chart, but only because he happened to get called up after Varly. I expect that Varly will backup Jose through the 1st half and that, depending on injuries of course, I would only expect to see Neuvo get the call to the Caps in the 2nd half of the year.
