Phillips Signs Extension To Remain In Ottawa
Jamie Fraser | Feb 27, 2011 | Comments 0
It finally happened after hours and hours of negotiations Chris Phillips will remain a Senator for the next 3 years. I was wrong, my speculation was he would have been dealt. This leads the door open for Kuba or Campoli to be dealt tomorrow. The team needs to make room next season for Cowen and Runblad
Phillips contract is 9.25million USD over 3 years with a No Trade Clause
The stay at home defenceman has struggled this season with 1 goal 4 assist for 5 points and a -25 rating.
