Comments are an excellent section of the blogosphere. On multiple occasion, I’ve learned an important amount of information on the comments section. If the comments usually are not productive, they needs to be moderated should the site owner so chooses.

Alexandra Burke's new single Start Without You is extremely addictive! It definitely deserved to hit #1 on the UK singles charts and I wish Alexandra releases her next album soon! I want to listen to Laza Morgan's debut album, too.

This blog, as usual, was a breath of fresh air. Packiging Sim is never gonna happen though, he wouldn't even get claimed if he were to be waived (again). Unfortunately, we need him to at least play in the corners and agitate the opponent because he ain't going anywhere.
Tonight's game is very interesting. A lot of people are chirping on the various sites about how we should beat Minny because we're the better team. It's been awhile since we've been considered the better team vs. anyone, so I want to see how this team handles prosperity. Because if they are to be successful this season, these are the teams they have to beat.

I am quite impressed with how the isles have picked themselves out of the hole they dug themselves early on in the season when we were basicaly making a case to be the team to draft taylor hall in this summers draft. The one thing that stands out is that they make the other teams work harder then they have to and the isles make them frustrated and catch them off guard. I love the aggression. On a side note I am sure everyone has now heard that the colubus blue jackets have loaned nikita filatov to the KHL for the rest of the hockey season. I think garth snow should give the blue jackets a phone call about filatov either at the trade deadline or on draft day. I say give the jackets our 1st round pick this year if we end up drafting between 10th and 20th, and offer another draft pick and a mid level prospect. I think scott gordon's system would be perfect for filatov to show off his off his speed and other offensive talents. Picture having filatov with tavares, okposo, and moulson. Having 4 big guns like that and petrov coming over here in a few years. I think many opposing coaches would be crapping their pants seeing those guys on the isles roster every night. One can dream.

Flyers are expected to win a cup, not sit at 23 points. NY Rangers have fallen from the top of the standings. Both were fashioned with high contracts and big moves to win...period. Not sit in the middle tied with the Isles.

oh, and thanks for the kudos, all! :)

I don't see how you can say that the Flyers and Rangers are disappointing their fans. The Flyers, at 11-5-1 (and with 4 games in hand on the Isles) are doing just fine, thanks. There have been spurts where they were showing signs of reverting to their old ways earlier in the season, but they've bounced back.

I'll let Rangers fans comment on their own team.

The Isles have surprised me. They are gelling nicely, and the kids sure are looking good. A healthy(?) DiPietro can only help the cause.

Excellent work, as usual, BD.

It's good to hear that Roli has rounded into form as the year has progressed. He was a solid player during his time here in Edmonton.

As much as any goalie I've ever watched has an amazing ability to make the ordinary save extraordinary but he's still a good goalie and a class act. When he lost his starting job in Edmonton he didn't complain, he worked hard and got it back. A young team could really benefit from the experience of a player like him.
