That means similar concerns over traffic, retail polarization, and competition for surrounding area office space inventories. In other words all the same problems as with the LIH. The only difference will be political affiliation and a retention of the power to dictate the will of TOH Republican machine. In 2006-07, Mario Lemieux started musing aloud about the Kansas City Penguins.  In fact, I believe he actually visited K.C. once - which gave Pittsburgh city council palpitations - leading to an eventual deal to keep the team in Pittsburgh.
